Intro

We’re excited to have the opportunity to present a comprehensive and creative set of menus for events at Apollo. Our goal is simple: we’re here to make you happy. And our people work tirelessly to ensure that your experience meets and exceeds every one of your expectations.

We kindly ask that you place your order as early as possible, but no later than 48 hours prior to service. We also understand that last minute meeting requests happen and will make every effort to accommodate them.

Deliveries

• 7am – 7pm
• Before or after-hours service available at additional labor fees determined by event catering needs.
• After Hours? Contact your catering manager to arrange.

Guest Count

• Our offerings are based on a minimum of 6 guests, with certain packages requiring 8.
• Please let us know your final guest count 48 hours prior to delivery.

Labor

• For events offering bar service, we will add one bartender for each 50 guests.
• The hourly fee for Servers, Bartenders and Chefs is TBD per hour. Five hour minimum applies to all positions.

Cancellation

If plans have changed and you need to cancel your event, please let us know no later than 24 hours in advance. Cancellations received with less than 48 hours in advance will be charged for all costs incurred.
